Samyang Kimchi Ramyun

A bowl of kimchi ramyun is a tasty treat for any time of the day, whether it’s for breakfast, a lunch at work or even as a snack for when you’re watching drama’s. And you din’t have to be a chef to make instant ramyun a delicious meal, just throw in a few scallions or some fresh kimchi and you’ll have a mouth-watering feast in no time!

Allergy Advice: Wheat
Ingredients: noodle – wheat flour, potato starch, modified starch, salt, gura gum, soybean oil, sugar solution, d-sorbitol solution, lecithin, poly glycerin fatty acid ester, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate dibasic, sodium polyphosphate, pyro sodium phosphate, citric acid, riboflavin, palm oil.

Butter Coconut Biscuits 

For us, coconut biscuits make the perfect after-meal snack – we can never have just one!

Also known as Peanut Sand Biscuits, these treats are a great addition to any lunchbox or snack bowl.

Similar to rice crispies, Gangjeong (강정) are traditional rice snacks that are deep fried and have a hollow middle – making them a light and delicious snack!

Fun Fact: Gangjeong are often served at weddings and during New Year celebrations in Korea.

    I’ve gotten a few of the boxes, and while every one has been pretty awesome, I think I loved this one the best! Tbh, almost wish I got the vegan option for the ramyun because that’s my absolute, number 1, FAVORITE ramyun! (Maybe I should read the blog post beforehand even if it will ruin the surprise lol)
