February is nearly upon us and with it a whole host of new Kdramas, not sure what to do on Friday and Saturday night? Well here’s introducing JTBC’s new romantic comedy, Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon starring Park Bo-Young, well known for her portrayal of possessed character Na Bong-Sun in Oh My Ghost, and two handsome and extremely talented actors, Park Hyung-Sik who is currently playing a king of Silla in Hwarang and Ji Soo who starred as a prince in the award winning Moon Lovers:Scarlet Heart Ryeo.
Hitting TV screens on February 24th, Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon will be airing every Friday and Saturday night at 23:00. It’s still not clear how many episodes there will be, but with such a stella cast lets hope it’s more than an average number of episodes.
Do Bong- Soon is born with super natural strength, everything crumbles at her touch and though her power is a strength as she grows up, quite literally, she yearns to become an elegant and gentle woman to please her crush In Guk-Doo (Ji Soo).
Trying her hardest to become ‘girly’, it’s strange luck that the job she gets is to become a bodyguard for a spoiled rich chaebol that owns a gaming company, not anything like Guk-Doo, Min-Hyuk (Hyung-Sik) is a strange and crazy man that disregards rules and lives as he chooses.
Will Bong-Soon be able to become the lady she’s always wanted to be and be noticed by Guk-Doo? Or will she keep her real identity and fall for Min-Hyuk and his unlikely charms?
