8 K-Pop Songs To Get You Motivated!

We know that sometimes it can be really tough to get things done. Whether it’s house chores, studying for class or long hours at a job, it can be easy to lose motivation. But that’s where we come in! We’ve come up with 8 songs which will not only put you in good spirits, but will also get you in the mood to get things done.

1. Not Today – BTS

This song is part of BTS’ latest repackage release and we absolutely love it. From a punchy and kicking beat to empowering vocals, this song makes us feel like we can do anything we put our mind to.

2. Dumb Dumb – Red Velvet

Catchy songs can sometimes be the best for getting you motivated. Girl group Red Velvet is known for releasing some really great tunes but this one is our absolute favourite. Just blare it out on speakers as loud as you can and feel the music lift your mood!

3. No Sense – Sam Kim feat. Crush

In order to focus on the task ahead, easy listening music can often be the way to go. Solo artist Sam Kim is helped by R&B Artist Crush to create this beautiful song. If you’re like us, you’ll have your foot tapping to the beat in no time!

4. Very Nice – Seventeen

With such a memorable hook in the chorus, this song just had to make our list. The jazzy overtones help replenish your energy and keep you working just that little bit longer until the task is done.

5. Lil’ Something – SM Station (Vibe X Chen X Heize)

Just like ‘No Sense’, ‘Lil’ Something’ has that easy listening feel. We recommend giving it a listen before you start a hard day at work or school. The dreamy vocals coupled with the cheerful beat will definitely help you start your day off the right way.

6. Selfish & Beautiful Girl – Block B

We don’t know what it is about this song, but we really can’t help but dance to it, no matter where we are! Just like the girl in the MV, this title track helps you forget about all your cares for a little while and just have fun.

7. White T-Shirt – Jonghyun

This song got us feeling upbeat right from the piano riff at the beginning. Similar to ‘Very Nice’, the instrumental heavy chorus along with the repetition of the song’s title give this song a lively mood.

8. Dope – BTS

We just couldn’t help ourselves but include not one, but two BTS songs. But with such relatable lyrics and a dynamic dance number, can you really blame us? We think this song is an essential to any playlist!

Hopefully you agree with our choices, or have at least found a new song to love which you’ve never heard before. Happy listening!
