Eggbun – APP REVIEW

With Eggbun, learning Korean is fun, easy and is right at your fingertips! Self-teaching can be difficult, but Eggbun makes it simple, with structural learning, small tests and a cute teacher!

Introducing Lanny 라니, your very own language buddy. The great thing about Eggbun’s teaching technique is that every session is set up in a mobile messaging app, type of conversation. Everything can be referred back to, as each section is saved in a compact conversation!

With visual images, and sound clips, you soon realise that your memory becomes better each time! Each unit has a small review section, where you are asked to write your answers in Korean; but not to worry, if you get stuck, you can refer to the handy “Expressions” section.

Now here is the best part! There are 11 courses, with an area labeled as “My Page.” Here you can see your progress for each unit in the form of percentages. You can also highlight the words and phrases that you have mastered. So with all your newly obtained language skills, you’ll need to know how to use them usefully, right?

The Culture Card portion teaches you:

• Korean Mannerisms

• Do’s and Dont’s during encounters

•Korean Slang

• Formal/ respectful gestures and greetings

•Fun facts

We recommend visiting the Eggbun store, where you can gain access to weekly updates, along with all current and future content! Our favourite thing about this app is that it’s easy to navigate, visually attractive and all information is relevant, informative and straight-to-the point.
