Here’s a few tips of how to de-stress:

  1. Take a break. We know revision is important, but you need to let yourself breathe, refresh and let your brain wander a little.
  2. Make a cup of herbal tea. Black tea, green tea or any herbal tea will help calm you down and you will be rid of any stressful emotions very quickly!
  3. Light a scented candle (be careful and make sure you take precautions to ensure it is lit safely) just the feeling of having a candle lit next to you to accompany your studies will make you instantly comforted! The scent will also help to reduce stress.
  4. Make sure you’re studying efficiently and being productive – this will reduce the amount of time you spend studying and allow you to fit in more breaks.
  5. Fighting! You got this!
